White House Receives FBI Report on Kavanaugh

The White House has announced on Thursday that it has received the FBI investigation report on Brett Kavanaugh and is confident that he will be confirmed to the Supreme Court.

The investigation began after Dr. Christine Blasey Ford testified before the Senate Judiciary last week about her accusations of sexual assault by Brett Kavanaugh.

Dr. Ford’s attorney has since slammed the FBI investigation saying, “An FBI supplemental background investigation that did not include an interview of Dr. Christine Blasey Ford — nor the witnesses who corroborate her testimony — cannot be called an investigation.”

She also stated, “We are profoundly disappointed that after the tremendous sacrifice she made in coming forward, those directing the FBI investigation were not interested in seeking the truth.”
