Suspicious Packages Sent to Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton

The Secret Service has intercepted two suspicious packages that were identified as “potential explosive devices” sent to former President Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton. Reports of other potential threats against political targets has led to evacuations.

An explosive device has also been found just a few days earlier in George Soros mailbox, but it is unclear of these incidents are related.

The Secret Service has stated, “The packages were immediately identified during routine mail screening procedures as potential explosive devices and were appropriately handled as such. The protectees did not receive the packages nor were they at risk of receiving them.”
